The National Association of Realtors has enacted a policy that all Realtors must require that a written agreement be entered into PRIOR to touring properties.
Unfortunately I will not be able to show you properties without this signed agreement. All Realtors will be requiring you to sign some sort of an agreement before touring properties. You will also be signing the Consumer Notice with that agreement
